Job summary

Compendium Federal Technology seeks a Senior Systems Engineer with RF and advanced networking expertise to support AF mission analysis. The role focuses on applying physics-based models and MBSE to inform operational RF requirements and improvements across multiple domains.

You will develop and validate RF QoS/MOE, build modeling tools, and deliver analytical briefs to senior government stakeholders. CS/SCI considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field (3–5 years).
• Proficient in MATLAB and C++.
• Experience with MBSE and DoD simulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess system performance metrics using physics-based models.
• Apply STK/NRL Builder/MATLAB to replicate communications systems for analysis.
• Use MBSE/Mission Engineering to identify requirements and track performance.
