Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a Senior RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer to advance contested electromagnetic spectrum environment modeling, simulation, and analysis. You will design and implement modular, scalable simulation frameworks for RF systems, integrating existing models into a new architecture for AFRL and Wright Patterson AFB.

The role supports hybrid or primarily in-office work with opportunities for leadership and cutting-edge research in E/ MESO environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in C++, Python, Rust, or related development.
• Experience using source control and CI/CD tools such as git, Bitbucket, or Gitlab.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including technical leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Experience developing software using lean Agile methodologies.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the simulation framework, models, and interfaces to support holistic integration of existing models into the new simulation architecture for RF systems and subsystems.
• Work spans controlled unclassified information and multiple classification levels.
• Contribute to development and refinement of the AF SIM framework for AFRL Wright Patterson AFB.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure robust, modular, and scalable simulation solutions.
