Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or military related service experience equivalent.
• At least 5+ years related experience in the market or technology segments identified.
• Demonstrates track record in fielding and troubleshooting RF systems and networked communications products.
• Knowledge of configuration, operation, and maintenance of tactical communication systems or TrellisWare products.
• Experience in US Special Forces, US Military, and/or commercial specialty communications communities are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-sales, post-sales, and customer support for TrellisWare product offerings onsite and remotely.
• Provides customers with custom tailored communications solutions for their systems.
• Supports sales and business development leads in securing new business; field troubleshooting of products and integrations; trade show booth duty support.
• Evaluates customer requirements and determines technical configurations and generates product quotations with sales management.
• Crafts and delivers technical presentations of TrellisWare offerings to customers.
