Job summary

TrellisWare Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to work with customers and internal teams to enable deployment of TrellisWare waveforms, radios, and accessories. You’ll engage pre-order, design networks, run demos, and provide solutions to technical problems, shaping customer success and driving product improvements.

Qualifications

Broad multidisciplinary technical background.
Minimum four years of experience with customer-focused technical roles.
Experience with radio communications products and deployments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Development and Product Management to understand customer needs.
Lead technical interchanges with customers to derive requirements.
Educate customers on TrellisWare radios, waveforms, and products.
Lead execution of small and large customer contracts.
Support field activities with system-level expertise at customer sites.
Design, deploy, and test candidate systems using TrellisWare products.
