Job summary

Keysight Technologies, ADCS, seeks a Senior RF Solutions Business Development Engineer to lead pre‑sales technical engagements for aerospace, defense, and space applications. You will understand customer requirements, design custom RF/digital/test solutions, and guide opportunities from concept to proposal.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams while traveling 10–25% and supporting pricing and contract discussions. This role is remote eligible within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, application engineering, RF engineering, or technical sales.
• Experience working directly with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to lead pre‑sales discussions and develop winning proposals.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% and work across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities for custom RF, digital, and test solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and provide solution recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams through pre‑sales lifecycle.
• Develop technical proposals, statements of work, and customer presentations.
• Communicate value and feasibility of solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
