Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an RF/uW Solutions Designer to translate customer needs into test solutions using Keysight measurement technology and bespoke components.

The role involves defining system requirements, acceptance criteria, and tests, acting as the bridge between the customer and Keysight teams, and delivering advanced test solutions for radar, EW, space/satellite, and secure communications. International collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, CS or Physics.
• Experience with RADAR, EW, Spectrum ops, Space/Satellite, Secure comms.
• Proficient in RF test systems and designing complex test solutions.
• Software development in MATLAB, C#, C++, Python.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Minimum five years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Test/verification experience and delivery of SoW-type consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Collect and translate customer requirements into an implementable solution using Keysight measurement tech and bespoke components.
• Define system requirements, acceptance criteria and tests; act as central interface between customer and Keysight teams.
• Design test solutions for Aerospace and Defense, including RADAR and secure comms verification.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and R&D centers across Keysight.
• Work in an international team focused on wireless, Aerospace & Defense, and Digital.
