CTDI is seeking a Sr Engineering Technician to provide advanced technical support for RF repair, maintenance, and diagnostics across engineering and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment in Texas. You will work with engineers and staff to ensure reliable machinery performance and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on guidance to junior technicians, development of procedures, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years supporting electrical, mechanical, automated, or robotic systems in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse
• Advanced knowledge of tools, equipment, mechanical systems, automation technologies, and diagnostic processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify root causes and reduce downtime
• Proactive in identifying safety or process concerns and implementing corrective actions
• Able to guide junior technicians and support cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of engineering equipment and warehouse systems
• Provide senior-level technical support for warehouse operations and handling of components, tools, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, conveyor, automated, and robotic systems
• Support development of technical procedures and maintenance documentation
• Mentor and train Engineering Technicians and operational staff as needed
• Identify root causes of failures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Document maintenance activities and equipment statuses accurately
• Create technical documentation for warehouse systems and machinery
