CTDI in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an RF Repair Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot RF systems and equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, diagnostic testing, and collaboration with engineering teams to meet customer specifications.

Required are 2+ years in RF, soldering skills, use of spectrum analyzers and network analyzers, and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RF experience and strong troubleshooting ability.
• Soldering and de-soldering skills required.
• Familiar with RF components, schematics, and test equipment.
• Able to use multimeters, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests, diagnose issues, and repair RF devices.
• Gather RF data using network analyzers to support RRH development.
• Analyze issues at the component level and troubleshoot.
• Operate PIM test equipment for diagnosing antenna prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement RF solutions.
• Draft and interpret detailed schematics and maintain safety/quality standards.
