Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RF experience.
• 2-year Electronics degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Experience with RF test equipment and data collection.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, repair, and verify RF devices.
• Collect RF data with network analyzers to support RRH development.
• Troubleshoot down to component level.
• Operate PIM test equipment for antenna prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement RF solutions.
• Draft and interpret complex schematics; maintain accuracy.
• Provide training and support on repair techniques.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules.
