Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Staff Reliability Engineer focused on RF characterization and reliability test development for Tuner Switch and front-end module products used in wireless handset chipsets.

You will partner with R&D, Design, and Quality teams to drive long-term device robustness, lead failure analyses, and develop data-driven reliability assessments using JMP, covering RF, ESD, HTOL, and thermal testing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and extensive reliability experience.
• Experience in RF or power conversion reliability testing and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reliability stress tests (ESD, HTOL, thermal).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute RF noise, ESD, HTOL, and thermal tests for RF front-end devices.
• Lead root-cause analyses and coordinate with internal and external labs.
• Develop automation scripts and data visualizations to improve reliability workflows.
