Job summary

You will design tests, analyze failure modes, and work with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure long-term device robustness. The role requires deep semiconductor physics knowledge, HTOL/ESD experience, RF test equipment, and data analytics (JMP).

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing reliability stress tests (ESD, HTOL, thermal).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex failure data.
• 5+ years in RF or power conversion reliability engineering.
• Experience with RF test equipment and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and analyze electrical, thermal, and mechanical stress tests for RF front-end devices.
• Work with Design, AT R&D, Fab, and manufacturing to define reliability requirements.
• Design and evaluate reliability test hardware/software for dynamic life testing.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to plan reliability assessments and milestones.
• Execute HTOL/HTOL-inclined testing across environmental chambers.
• Support Rel test schedule, load/unload/clean, troubleshooting and daily ops.
• Perform wafer-level RF testing and ESD, power handling, and thermal IR characterization.
• Analyze DOE data with Excel/JMP; provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate reliability tasks per engineer's directions.
