Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to support Navy and NRL programs. You will design and develop RF/radar systems with DSP, perform modeling and measurement, and work with PCB prototypes. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with extensive hands-on RF testing and collaboration across teams.

The role requires 8+ years in RF/radar/DSP, MATLAB proficiency, and familiarity with Windows/Linux environments. On-site work in Washington, DC, may involve field testing.

Qualifications

• Active or recently active DoD Secret security clearance.
• 8+ years experience with RF/radar systems and/or DSP.
• Proficient in MATLAB.
• Experience with Python and C++ preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/radar systems and DSP components.
• Modeling and simulation of radar and RF systems.
• Perform measurements with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, generators).
• Review electronic components specifications and availability.
• Work with PCBs for RF prototype systems.
• Collaborate with Navy/NRL teams and perform occasional outdoor testing.
