Job summary

Envisioneering Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to support services for the Department of the Navy and U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience with RF/radar systems, proficiency in MATLAB, and a valid DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance that is active or was active within 24 months prior to date of hire.
• Experience in engineering capacity with RF/radar systems or digital signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/radar systems and digital signal processing.
• Perform modeling and simulation on radar and RF systems.
• Research electronic components specifications and availability.
• Conduct performance measurements on electronic systems using multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
• Develop and follow measurement/test procedures.

Skills

8+ years experience with RF/radar systems

Proficient in MATLAB

Experience with Python and C++

Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS

Proficiency with MS Office tools

Hands-on measurements in RF laboratory

Team collaboration

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering
