Job summary

Array Labs is hiring a Senior RF PCB Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of RF/microwave electronics in Altium. You will translate schematics into layouts with strict impedance control, grounding, and shielding, ensuring first-pass success.

You will work with RF design, electrical, antenna, mechanical, and test teams to drive constraints, reviews, and manufacturing releases, shaping the performance and reliability of on-orbit sensors.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of RF electronics experience.
• Experience in PCB layout, fabrication, and release of RF/high-performance electronics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Learns quickly and works self-directed.
• High motivation and accountability in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own RF PCB layout from placement to manufacturing release in Altium Designer.
• Define stack-ups, controlled-impedance routing, RF grounding, shielding, and isolation strategies.
• Translate schematic intent into layouts meeting RF performance requirements.
• Collaborate with RF design, electrical, antenna, mixed-signal, mechanical, and test engineers.
• Drive DFM/DFT with fabrication and assembly partners, including release artifacts.
