Job summary

Array Labs seeks a Lead RF PCB Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of RF and microwave electronics from concept to manufacturing release. You will translate schematics into robust layouts in Altium, manage stack‑ups, and ensure tight RF performance with disciplined grounding and shielding.

Work closely with RF design, electrical, antenna, mixed‑signal, mechanical, and test teams to drive layout constraints, reviews, and successful first‑pass manufacturing.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in PCB layout, fabrication, and release of RF/high‑performance electronics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Learns quickly and takes ownership in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own RF PCB layout from placement to manufacturing release in Altium Designer.
• Define stack-ups, controlled‑impedance routing, RF grounding, shielding, and isolation strategies.
• Translate schematic intent into layouts meeting RF performance requirements.
• Collaborate with RF, electrical, antenna, mixed‑signal, mechanical, and test engineers.
• Drive DFM/DFT considerations with fabrication and assembly partners.
