Your work includes correlating simulations with hardware measurements, supporting prototype bring-up, and documenting design decisions across temperature and supply variations to ensure robust PA performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in RF PA design and development.
• Knowledge of Doherty PA design, matching networks, and load-pull techniques.
• Experience with RF simulation, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Understanding of DPD and PA linearity optimization.
• Hands-on experience in RF testing, prototype validation, and debugging.
• Ability to perform design verification and document test results across operating conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF power amplifiers, including Doherty PA architectures.
• Perform RF impedance matching, load-pull analysis, and circuit optimization.
• Simulate and evaluate gain, output power, efficiency, linearity, stability, and ruggedness.
• Analyze PA interaction with Digital Predistortion (DPD) and optimize overall performance.
• Develop PA schematics, select components, conduct design reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Support prototype bring-up, RF measurements, hardware troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Validate PA performance under varying temperature and supply-voltage conditions.
• Correlate simulation results with hardware measurements and implement design improvements.
