Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for RF/analog SOC devices on ATE systems. You will collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams to drive DFT concepts and robust test methods.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years in RF/mmWave test, strong programming skills (C++, Java, Visual Basic), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in RF/mmWave test engineering.
• Strong programming background in C++, Java and Visual Basic.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT, and UWB SOC devices on ATE equipment.
• Lead test development from design kick-off to production release and debug yield issues.
• Create and implement new DFT concepts to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test.
• Collaborate with Design, Systems and Software teams to drive RF/analog test methods.
