Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ year.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at time of application with SCI access.
• Experience with Digital Receivers/Exciters and RF test equipment.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and lead/mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests RF and microwave systems and subsystems, focusing on digital receivers/exciters.
• Lead a team through integration, test, and analysis of complex antenna systems.
• Present complex technical programs to non-technical customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to test procedures, reports, and data analysis.
