Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an RF Characterization Engineer to support RF MEMS filters and MEMS devices. You will characterize SAW/BAW technologies, develop test solutions, and work with US/Asian teams on design and modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Skyworks' filter team to advance BAW/SAW technologies.
• Characterize RF MEMS filters/multiplexers including S-parameters, IMD, and harmonics.
• Design TO MCM/laminate breakout boards for small/large signal characterization.
• Develop new test solutions to understand MEMS device capabilities and limits.
• Automate data collection to improve measurement efficiency.
• Analyze characterization data for design/modeling teams.
• Collaborate with modeling/NPI engineers on experiments and models.
• Manage lab activities and material logistics for tests and builds.
