Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing RF DFX Engineer to own RF assembly design for TerraWave satellite modules. You will bridge RF/microwave design with manufacturability and testability at constellation scale.

Role requires hands-on RF assembly experience, DFX expertise, and collaboration with supply chain for ramp to production. Relocation and travel up to 50% are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RF/microwave design experience in product development.
• Hands-on RF assembly, including connectorization and testing.
• Experience applying DFX (DFM/DFT/DFR) in high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF/microwave assembly design for satellite modules and subsystems.
• Own RF assembly process development and calibration procedures.
• Drive first-article inspection, RF validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure component standardization.
