Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; Masters or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• DoD technical experience required.
• Hands‑on RF/Seeker guidance knowledge.
• Experience with development, integration, and qualification of DoD hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead component integration and systems qualification.
• Develop requirements, conduct design reviews, and enable technology transition.
• Support existing and evolving tactical weapon systems and munitions.
• Plan and coordinate customer inputs to development efforts, analysis, and program reviews.
