NTA, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior RF/IR Seeker Engineer to lead the transition of RF Seeker technology within the US Army program. You will oversee component integration, systems qualification, and development of requirements, with involvement in design reviews and tech transition.

This role supports evolving DoD platforms and weapon systems. Requires a DoD background, hands-on RF/Seeker experience, and ability to coordinate events and reviews.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Engineering; Masters or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• DoD technical experience required.
• Hands-on RF/Seeker guidance and navigation experience.
• Experience with development, integration, and qualification of hardware/software on DoD platforms.
• Ability to plan and coordinate technical events.
• Strong engineering principles and processes.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

NTA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior RF/IR Seeker Engineer to support the transition of RF Seeker technology into a US Army Program of Record. This position is in the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space, STORM Program Office located on Redstone Arsenal. Duties will include overseeing and leading component integration, systems qualification, developing requirements, design reviews, and technology transition. Additional duties include providing support to existing and evolving tactical weapon systems and munitions; planning and coordinating customer inputs to development efforts, analysis and programmatic review, test, and evaluation of events; preparing and presenting briefings, plans, and reports.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; Masters or PhD preferred
• 10 + years of experience

Required

• Department of Defense (DoD) technical experience
• Hands‑on experience with RF/Seeker guidance and navigation technologies
• Experience with development, integration, and qualification of technical hardware/software on DoD Platforms
• Ability to plan and coordinate technical events
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
• A high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities

Desired

• Hands‑on experience with U.S. Army Missile and Artillery platforms, Missile Guidance Set, and RF and IR technology

Applicant must have a secret security clearance or be able to obtain a secret security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required.
