Job summary

Thales USA, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a Senior Integration and Testing Production Engineer. The role covers system integration, final testing, and diagnostic troubleshooting on electronic and RF equipment, acting as a technical focal point for product lines.

You will guide testing strategies, perform multi-level tests, interpret schematics, calibrate RF/digital circuits, and ensure documentation and final acceptance support production objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5–8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating and testing Navigation Aid products and systems or similar aviation-related electronic systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for integration and acceptance testing activities for one or more product lines, including planning, executing, and monitoring to support production objectives.
• Serve as a focal point for assigned product line(s), providing updates on manufacturing status and technical issues.
• Perform testing across multiple levels of electronic assemblies (digital, analog, RF, box, system-level).
• Interpret schematics and plans to perform testing, checkout, fault isolation, and conformance to specs.
• Calibrate and align RF/digital circuits, diagnose malfunctions, and perform repairs as required.
• Document data and ensure final verification and paperwork are complete before acceptance.
