Job summary

You will design, build, and execute test setups and documentation to ensure readiness for MIL-STD qualification. The role demands hands-on hardware, RF, networking, environmental tests, and strong experience guiding first article and factory acceptance campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher with 6+ years of related experience; alternative combinations may satisfy requirements.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.
• Strong background in integration and test of complex hardware/software systems with lab/test environments.
• Experience with RF / SATCOM testing and MIL-STD-810/MIL-STD-461 is essential.
• Ability to document test outcomes and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software under test.
• Procure equipment to support system builds and test environments.
• Create and maintain interconnect diagrams, parts lists, and drawings trees.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts for system-level testing.
• Lead software integration and testing activities across hardware and software teams.
• Perform FAT/Factory Acceptance testing and MIL-STD qualified testing.
