Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks a technical leader to guide phased array test operations in production. You will develop testing methodologies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and quality for critical radar systems.

You will act as the primary liaison among engineering, production, and quality, while helping deploy new test platforms and advance national security capabilities. U.S. citizenship and a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Functional knowledge of phased array antennas, radar subsystems and test platforms.
• Experience in anechoic and antenna test chambers.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams with planning and mentoring.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues to closure.
• Strong customer focus and satisfaction history.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead phased array test operations in production.
• Develop, execute, and analyze test methodologies to ensure compliance and quality.
