Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to own evaluation and qualification of high-speed ADC/DAC products and RF signal chains. You will lead silicon validation, partner with design, test, and applications teams, and push automation to accelerate repeatable validation processes.

You will mentor junior engineers, help scale validation methodologies, and ensure datasheet performance meets aggressive customer use cases across multiple product

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in high-speed data converter development.
• Experience with RF system-level thinking and gain budgeting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation, characterization, and readiness of ADC/DAC products and RF signal chains.
• Lead qualification and silicon validation across product lines; guide junior engineers.
• Improve lab automation and characterization methods to meet datasheet requirements.
