Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead RF and high-speed data converter development, qualification, and lab automation.

You will own evaluation, characterization, and silicon validation across multiple product lines, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with design, test, and applications teams to meet datasheet requirements. This role emphasizes robust measurement, data analysis (Python/MATLAB), and cross-functional execution to drive release

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF system-level thinking and beamforming concepts may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Converter evaluation & bring-up: ADC/DAC bring-up, validation on lab platforms.
• Characterization & datasheet readiness: SNR/SFDR/ENOB, noise, linearity, distortion.
• RF performance validation: Front-end alignment, gain staging, LO/clock integrity.
• Debug & root-cause isolation: Spur hunting, clock/jitter sensitivity analysis.
• Qualification leadership: Planning and executing qualification/characterization programs.
• Production/test correlation: Bench-to-ATE correlation and yield improvements.
• Automation & process improvement: Python/MATLAB automation and data reduction.
