Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to lead integration and testing of RF sensor systems, collaborating with software, firmware, and hardware teams. The role involves developing test plans, environments, and reports for complex radar and communications systems.

The position requires DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and willingness to work 2nd shift onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field with relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP access.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience with RF lab test equipment and HW/SW/FW integration.
• MATLAB coding for data analysis and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Integration, troubleshooting, and testing RF sensor systems.
• Develop and execute system test plans and reports.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to define test cases.
• Support environmental, EMI/EMC testing and bench testing.
• Lead validation activities and write test documentation.
