Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Senior RF Front-End Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and verify flight RF front-end electronics for spacecraft phased-array antennas and satellite communication systems.

This hands-on role provides end-to-end ownership—from translating system requirements into device-level RF/microwave circuit designs through schematic capture, board layout, prototype bring-up, testing, and simulation-to-measurement correlation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of RF front-end hardware from design to verification.
• Strong RF fundamentals: impedance matching, S-parameters, noise figure, stability, isolation.
• Experience with phased arrays, beamforming, and multi-channel RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Own RF front-end hardware from requirements through release.
• Design transmit/receive chains with amplifiers, filters, mixers, and phase shifters.
• Plan RF characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet interfaces and schedules.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to establish repeatable RF design practices.
