Job summary

E-Space, based in Saratoga, CA, is seeking a Senior RF Front-End Engineer to design, develop, and verify flight RF front-end electronics for spacecraft phased-array antennas and satellite comms. This hands-on role covers end-to-end ownership from schematic capture to prototype bring-up and measurement correlation.

You will work with the RF team to define specs, perform cascade analyses, calibrations, and environmental qualification, and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of RF front-end hardware from design to verification.
• Strong RF fundamentals: S-parameters, impedance matching, noise figure, stability, filtering.
• Experience with phased arrays, beamforming, or satellite RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Own RF front-end hardware from requirements through Q/C and release.
• Design transmit/receive chains with PA/LNA, filters, duplexers, mixers, and synthesizers.
• Plan RF characterization, use VNAs and spectrum analyzers, and support environmental tests.
• Collaborate across RF, antenna, digital, and mechanical teams; mentor junior staff.
