Job summary

Neros is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to take technical ownership of wireless subsystems from concept to mass production. You will be the expert for the RF chain and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across mechanical, firmware, and software teams to deliver high-performance wireless solutions on schedule.

The role requires a BS in EE (MS preferred), 5+ years in RF hardware design, and hands-on experience with RF simulation tools like ADS and HFSS.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred.
5+ years of RF hardware design experience.
Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS).
Strong knowledge of RF system architecture and component trade-offs.
Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
DFM and DFT knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RF design, simulation and layout from antenna to radio interface.
Define and own verification, validation and production acceptance tests.
Perform detailed system analysis including link budgets and cascade analysis.
Lead root cause analysis for RF interference and connectivity issues.
Propose and validate RF architectures and select components.
Manage timelines and mentor junior engineers for on-time delivery.
Serve as primary RF contact for cross-functional teams.
