Job summary

Mytra Robotics is seeking a Senior Wireless RF Systems Engineer to lead hardware development of next-generation wireless products. You’ll own RF lifecycle from schematic capture to mass production and FCC certification, focusing on board-level design, antenna integration, and system validation.

You will collaborate with EE and Wireless SW/FW teams, drive NPI to high-volume production, and ensure robust test plans while supporting FCC compliance and carrier validation where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on hardware RF experience.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, UWB, Wi-Fi HaLow, and Cellular tech.
• Experience with Enterprise AP networks and Mesh architectures.
• Experience with AP design tools and RF simulators.
• Expertise in schematic design, layout optimization, and impedance matching.
• Experience with RF testing equipment and FCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Board-Level and RF System Design from schematic to layout.
• Design Enterprise AP networks and Mesh architectures.
• Use RF tools to model coverage and optimize hardware.
• Drive antenna selection and mitigate RF desense.
• Conduct RF testing and system verification across bands.
• Lead FCC certification preparation and testing.
• Collaborate with EE and Wireless SW/FW teams for bring-up.
• Guide designs through NPI to high-volume production.
