Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California, is seeking an Electronics Products Digital and Power Product Design Engineering Senior Manager (Level L) to lead digital and power design teams in the Defense, Space and Security sector. This role requires strong technical leadership and program management in airborne, space, and power systems.

Applicants must hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance, a relevant engineering degree, and at least 5 years leading engineering teams with packaging design

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in EEE and packaging.
• Experience with electronic packaging design for airborne/space systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and first-level managers performing digital and power product design engineering.
• Develops and executes departmental plans and strategies.
• Acquires resources, leads supplier management and process improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
• Develops direct report leaders.
