Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced engineer to interface with internal and external suppliers, engineering, and program leadership to develop cost reductions and promote better design choices through data analysis.

You will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with RF microelectronics and work as the liaison between the factory and the program to improve producibility of complex RF components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
• Current possession or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• MIL-STD-883, J-STD-001H, AS9100 knowledge required.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal/external suppliers, engineering, and program leadership to reduce costs and defects.
• Gain hands-on experience in RF microelectronics manufacturing (Fire Control AESAs, Electronic Warfare, SATCOMs).
• Serve as liaison between factory and program to improve producibility of RF components.
