Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of RF and microwave technology experience with high‑power systems.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Experience with domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, scientists, and technicians in RF system development.
- Oversee multiple RF projects ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Serve as a technical advisor on system architecture, diagnostics, and safety.
- Foster innovation and collaboration within the RF group.
- Manage client relationships and primary point of contact for communications.
