Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of RF and microwave experience focusing on high-power systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Background in millimeter wave components/system design and plasma heating.
• Proven track record in business development, proposals, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working with domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, scientists, and technicians in RF systems for plasma heating.
• Oversee multiple RF projects ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Serve as a technical advisor on system architecture, diagnostics, and operation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for technical communications.
