Job summary

DBA Web Technologies is seeking a Sr RF Design Engineer Scientist to join our Rochester, NY team onsite. The role leads RF design for public safety and government communications products, driving cross‑functional collaboration from concept through manufacturing.

The candidate will bring deep expertise in RF design, LMR, LTE, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and board schematic entry to a fast‑paced engineering environment, with opportunities for leadership and Six Sigma practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience OR
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• At least 7 years of experience with board schematic entry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with product development and manufacturing introduction
• 5 plus years of experience with Land Mobile Radio, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and other communications technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design of cutting edge wireless products for public safety and government customers.
• Design and manufacture communications products in small form factor for mission critical use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and manufacturing introduction.
