Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an RF Design Engineer to design, modify and manage activities for RF and wireless products throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing teams to ensure reliable, high-performance outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in RF circuits and microwave theory, with at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ Electronics/ Communications or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related industrial experience.
• Strong understanding of RF circuits, microwave theory, and wireless systems.
• Knowledge of RF system design and verification methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and improve RF/communication design.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to production for wireless products.
• Conduct RF measurements with spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
• Verify designs through analysis, simulation and measurement.
• Coordinate field studies and system test activities.
• Provide design support to factory and other departments.
• Coordinate and verify work of technicians and CAD Designers.
• May lead projects of limited scope.
