Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in the United States seeks a Senior Cyber RF Software Engineer to lead software teams and implement DSP and RF processing solutions. You will mentor peers, code, debug, and improve software while integrating it into complex RF systems.

The role emphasizes C++, Python, K8, GIT, Agile methods, and hands-on DSP experience across RF protocols and digital signal processing tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus.
Minimum 4 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
Minimum 4 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).

Responsibilities

Lead one or more software development teams and ensure work aligns with the software development process used on the project.
Design, code and modify software; diagnose defects and improve reliability and efficiency.
Mentor team members and contribute to documentation and process improvements.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments requiring C++, K8, Python, GIT and CI/CD.
