Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or CS with DSP focus or equivalent
• 4+ years DSP algorithm experience on projects with standard software processes
• 4+ years programming in C++, Linux, Python (or similar) with security clearance guidance

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more software development teams and mentor engineers.
• Translate user requirements into software design and performance specs.
• Develop and integrate DSP and RF software, ensuring code quality and documentation standards
