Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) plus 5 years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance in-scope and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Preferred: Top Secret clearance, familiarity with RF electromagnetics and LOS/BLOS.
• Experience with supplier/subcontract management and scheduling engineering activities.
• Experience with Agile development and CAM/EVMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate airborne communications systems and components for real-time coordination across ground, air, space, and naval forces.
• Develop and analyze requirements, maturation and implementation.
• Design, test, document and troubleshoot communications systems.
