Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced RF and communications engineer to architect and test C2 networks for both autonomous and human-operated platforms. You will lead integration of wireless systems with avionics and payloads, and collaborate across teams to optimize performance in demanding environments.

The role requires a strong background in RF design, propagation, and test automation, with travel up to 25% and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in RF communications system architecture and design.
• Knowledge of RF circuit design, noise figure, frequency synthesis, modulation.
• Experience with RF propagation, link budgets, and digital communications.
• Hands-on experience integrating radios on vehicles or platforms.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Architect and test communications networks across platforms with a focus on C2 systems.
• Design, configure, simulate and evaluate wireless networking equipment and datalinks.
• Architect waveforms and systems to connect autonomous and human-operated platforms.
• Lead electrical integration of communications with avionics and payloads.
• Support other engineering teams’ development with network knowledge and trade studies.
• Represent communications subsystems in vehicle-level cross-disciplinary studies.
