Job summary

Advantest America is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead RF testing initiatives on the V93000 System on Chips in San Jose. You will develop ATE test programs in Java for digital and RF devices and collaborate with customers to optimize test coverage.

This role requires hands-on debugging of SmarTest software, RF hardware considerations, and the ability to translate customer requirements into robust lab solutions, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Provide technical leadership in sales and support for Advantest V93000 systems.
• Develop ATE test programs (Java) for digital and RF devices.
• Support customers on debugging SmarTest SW and test programs.
• Deliver RF technology software/hardware solutions including Bluetooth, WiFi, 5G, mmWave.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for RF-related testing within customer projects.
• Create and optimize test programs for V93000 platform.
• Resolve issues in SmarTest software and test programs.
• Design hardware considerations for RF testing and de-embedding knowledge.
• Ensure solutions meet customer specifications and integration requirements.
• Develop project plans and communicate status across teams.
