Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional RF engineering and hardware development experience.
• Strong experience with RF transceivers and front-end design.
• Experience with RF simulation, analysis, and design tools.
• Ability to mentor and lead across engineering disciplines.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF transceiver circuits for advanced wireless products.
• Develop RF front-end architectures including PAs, LNAs, mixers, synthesizers, and antenna interfaces.
• Define RF link budgets and system-level performance requirements.
• Lead component selection, evaluations, and tradeoff studies.
• Develop RF solutions balancing performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Perform RF analysis (harmonics, S-parameters, EM, interference, coexistence).
• Develop RF test strategies and validation plans.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, mechanical, and systems teams.
