TeleWorld Solutions Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer IV/Lead SME to serve as the top RF technical authority. You will own end-to-end RF design, optimization strategy, performance validation, and governance across 4G/5G networks.

Lead modernization programs and mentor senior engineers while partnering with executives for launch readiness and KPI success. The role requires deep hands-on expertise, collaboration with R&D and field teams, and a track record of delivering high-quality wireless network

Qualifications

• Progressive RF engineering experience in carrier or OEM environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of LTE and 5G NR air interface principles.
• Ability to lead large-scale optimization and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of RF planning, drive tests, and interference management.
• Proven leadership and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional RF engineering support across R&D, program management, core networking, and field operations.
• Perform end-to-end RF design, optimization, and performance validation.
• Lead site spectrum analysis, frequency planning, and link-budget optimization.
• Mentor engineers, train teams, and coordinate RF contractors and drive teams.
• Present technical findings clearly to customers and executives.
• Support deployment readiness and KPI achievement for networks.
