Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specialized in RF/Microwave and AESA integration and testing. You will lead a team of test engineers, develop specifications, and validate antenna hardware across far-field and near-field ranges.

The role requires troubleshooting RF/Microwave hardware to the component level, and you must possess an active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5+ years in Antenna/AESA Test and Antenna Subsystem.
• Experience with Far Field or Near Field test ranges.
• Troubleshooting RF/Microwave hardware to component level.
• Experience with RF design metrics: Noise Figure, S-Parameters, Gain, etc.
• Active and transferable US Government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test engineers to validate Antenna (AESA) hardware.
• Develop specifications, perform trade studies, and drive hardware integration.
• Test and validate antenna subsystems across ranges.
• Provide technical, schedule, and cost inputs to management.
• Travel domestically as required.
