Job summary

The role combines technical leadership with people-management duties, including capital‑expenditure oversight and Lean/Six-Sigma driven process improvements, supporting critical defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years in radar antenna or RF sub-system test engineering.
• 3+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Hands-on near-field RF test methods and calibration.
• Ability to develop cost estimates and staffing plans for test scopes.
• This position requires US Citizenship for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Test Method Engineers and technicians.
• Oversee near-field antenna test ranges operation and safety.
• Coordinate tests with program milestones and staffing.
• Manage capital equipment projects and ROI tracking.
• Drive test automation and data acquisition integration.
• Prepare proposals with labor, material and overhead estimates.
• Apply Lean/Six-Sigma to improve test efficiency.
