Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; otherwise 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in RF/antenna testing and verification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret antenna test systems and coordinate test equipment and measurements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (RF, Mechanical, I&T, Manufacturing, Thermal) to test antenna products.
• Lead test execution for traditional and advanced antenna test methods (far-field, near-field, spherical).
• Support development of test procedures, reports, and specifications compliance assessments.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively in both written and verbal forms.
