Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 2-4 years; or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with RF test and measurement in defense/industrial environments is preferred.
• Hands-on LabVIEW/TestStand development and automated test design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug software for control/automation of test/measurement equipment using NI LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Improve measurement algorithms and reporting to reduce test time and increase quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate measurement techniques and performance requirements.
• Analyze large data sets from varied sources and develop communication-ready reports.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to HDV team members.
