Responsibilities

• Lead complex RF and Phased Array development for space-qualified systems.
• Drive multidisciplinary teams through early lifecycle milestones (SRR, SDR, PDR) and proposals.
• Champion IRAD initiatives and perform technical trade studies for leadership.
• Research trends to develop phased array roadmaps and reduce SWaP-C.
• Support pursuits with BOE proposals and design reliability analyses.
• Collaborate with customers and program leadership to align requirements.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance across the engineering organization.
